Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we have employed a number of measures recommended by the NYS Department of Health (DOH) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to best protect the health and safety of our staff and residents:

  • Visitation Policy: Visitation is currently open at Crown Heights Center. Our visiting hours are 11am-5pm, Monday thru FridayBefore scheduling a visit, please read the below protocol. To book an appointment please call 404-933-7578.
  • In accordance with the most recent DOH guidance on visitation issued on 1/12/22, King David Center will require all visitors and vendors to present a Negative COVID Test that was conducted one day prior to visitation for antigen tests and two days prior to visitation for NAAT (e.g. PCR) tests. All visitors may use either NAAT testing or antigen testing.

Visitors must also wear a surgical mask as opposed to a cloth one in order to enter the facility. If you do not have a surgical mask, one will be provided to you. We thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation.

How Can I Help?

First and foremost, do everything you can to keep yourself and others safe and healthy. Follow social distancing guidelines, clean your hands often, and stay home if it all possible — especially if you are sick.

Otherwise, spread some kindness! Cards, notes, or some heartfelt words of appreciation are always welcomed to help brighten our residents’ and staff’s days.
